What's the difference between Heirloom, Keepsake dolls and Loveys?
All Thicket & Thimble dolls are lovingly designed and hand crafted in the English countryside, using noble and hand dyed fibres.
The Heirloom collection features hand embroidered dolls, each one a limited edition of 100 with a numbered letterpress tag and glitter printed dust bag. This collection is for decorative use only and stands are available to help display your doll
Keepsake is a little sister collection to Heirloom and features smaller dolls, perfectly designed for play. Original water colour paintings of the signature Thicket & Thimble doll features are printed onto natural linen and hand crafted into a beautiful doll with a Keepsake letterpress round tag and glitter printed dust bag
The Keepsake collection also includes an even smaller range of dolls called Loveys as well as an interiors collection
UK delivery starts at £1.50 and increases depending on the size and weight of the box required

Are all the dolls the same?
The dolls are handmade so there are slight variations and each one is unique
Are the dolls in-stock or made-to-order?
Will the colours be the same as the photos on the website?
Different screens and monitors show colours slightly differently. Some of the hand dyed details on the dolls might vary slightly due to variations in the dying process
How do I care for my new friend?
When your doll arrives after a long journey you might wish to separate any layers on the skirt. Thicket & Thimble dolls are not washable but can be spot cleaned with a gentle detergent and warm water
We recommend displaying the dolls out of direct sunlight as this can fade the colours over time

Due to the bespoke nature of the dolls and the environmental impact of shipping items across the world more than once, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with anything regarding your order we will of course work together to resolve any issues
